One Little Word 2017
Hello my Dearest Dreamers,
I hope this post finds you well today!
Well, since it's almost the end of December, it is time to start getting ready for 2017! I've already shared with you my memory keeping plans for 2017, so now I wanted to talk to you quickly about my One Little Word for 2017.
For those of you that don't know, One Little Word is a year long project that is put on by Ali Edwards. It is "designed to inspire you and offers monthly creative prompts and encouragement as you let this word into your life." (taken directly from her site).
I tried to participate in the workshop throughout 2016 but I guess I wasn't as dedicated to it as I was hoping that I would be throughout the year. I had spurts of motivation where I would play catch up on what I had missed, but scrapbooking wasn't really a priority in my life this year until later in the year. Since my goal for 2017 is to make scrapbooking more of a priority, this project fits right in with my plans.
When thinking about this project for 2017, my word came to me easily (more like it hit me upside the head a few times until I paid enough attention to it). My word for 2017 is TRY.
I am going to TRY my best to complete weekly layouts in my Project Life Album. I am going to TRY to get my digital shop up and running as soon as possible and have new products often for people who are interested. I am going to TRY to do better at blogging more frequently (hey, at least I started doing process videos on my channel). I am going to TRY and do my best to make scrapbooking more important in my life.
Are you participating in One Little Word for 2017? Do you have a word for the year? Let me know in the comments below!
