In Colors 2020-2022
Hello my dearest dreamers!
I hope that this post finds you well. Ever since my pre-order has arrived, I have been incredibly busy making cards and getting stuff prepped. Did you like my 8X8 Decor piece that was inspired by Ronda Wade that I posted on Wednesday? I really enjoyed how that piece turned out, and it is hanging in my office.
Today I wanted to share a simple card with you that I made to show off the new In-Colors!
What do you think of the new colors? If you watched my Facebook Live the other day, you’ll know that I like most of them. I’m not a huge fan of the color pink…. so Magenta Madness is kind of out… it’s going to be more of an accent color rather than a focal point of my card. Otherwise, I really enjoy the new colors and cannot wait to play with them.
I really love how this card turned out! I cut strips of each of the 5 new In-Colors before I stamped the two sunflowers from the Celebrate Sunflowers suite. Since we don’t have ink, I used Versamark ink and Clear Embossing Powder for the designs.
I decided that since Bumblebee is pretty close to Crushed Curry, I used that with a Thanks stamp and cut it out with a Stitched Nested Label Dies.
Super simple and quick to make! I can’t wait to get all of the other parts of the In-Colors on 03 June!
