Sunflower Thank you Card

Hello Dearest Dreamers!

I hope this post finds you well. This week is a short one for me at work and I am excited. This past Monday was Labor Day (which was a much needed day off), and I am off on Friday for a weekend crafting retreat! I am super excited about this weekend crafting retreat, which I will be vlogging, so make sure you check out my YouTube video next week for that video!

Here is a look at today’s card!

I found the idea on Pinterest and CASE’d it, using Bumblebee ink and cardstock instead of the pink in the original card. I also added a background layer of cardstock to my version and I love how the card looks overall.

I started with a top folding A2 sized card base in Basic White (I turned my usual side-folding card on it’s side). I added a layer of Bumblebee card stock cut down to 4” x 5.25” and layered that under the stamped panel of Basic White cut to 3.75” X 5”. I stamped the sunflower image from Celebrating Sunflowers on the left corner before adding the sentiment panel in Bumblebee. I didn’t measure this panel, just cut around the sentiment, and adhered it with stamping dimensionals.

Isn’t it simple but beautiful?

Until next time!
