The Last Market of 2022

Hello Dearest Dreamers!

I hope you guys are all having a great week! As the title suggests, we just finished the last market of the 2022 Market season… and I am both relieved and sad. I do so love participating in markets, but they are definitely a LOT of work! Lots of preparation of products and making sure that I have everything I need for a smooth market.

This last market is actually one that is hosted by my friend Bekah from Aunt B’s Burlap. She was mentioned in my last post about the German Christmas Market, because we shared a space for that. This time around, we had our own spaces, but she put me right behind her for this one… mostly because I can run her booth when she has to go take care of things.

This market was a blast as usual! Since this is the end of the season, this is a paired down version of my setup. I am running low on products, and don’t always make more this late in the game so that way they don’t go to waste at the end of the season or they don’t sit too long (especially the stuff with chocolate in it).

My friend Doc from Turn & Burn participated in his first market and he was able to be placed next to me! He makes some amazing handmade pens and other wood crafts!

Bekah and I even got to hang out with Santa Claus!

Please note that I tried to sit on the arm of the couch and silly Santa (whom is a friend of mine) pulled me onto his lap. I am not squishing him and we do know each other!

Overall it was a great way to end the market season for 2022! Now it’s time to relax for a little while before we get into 2023!

Until next time!
