Bloom Where You're Planted | Thank you
Hello Dreamers!
I hope this post finds you well. We’re already almost to the end of June, which means we’re almost to the end of the 2021 Spring Mini Catalog as well as almost to the end of the 2020 Annual Catalog! While I am sad to see some of my favorite items leave us, I am always excited for a new catalog!
Today I wanted to share with you a simple Thank You card I made inspired by something I found on Pinterest. This card is made using the Bloom Where You Are Planted bundle in the new catalog. Plants and succulents seem to be really popular this year and I am glad to be able to make some cards for my friends who’re obsessed.
This card was made using a piece of Cinnamon Cider cardstock as the base. I added a piece of the Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP before die cutting a scalloped panel of Whisper White using the Stitched So Sweetly dies. I stamped the thank you and on a scrap piece I then stamped out the flower pot and the leaves before die cutting them using the coordinating dies. I finished this card by adding a planter basket using Gray Granite.
I feel like this card is pretty simple, but I still love it. I will probably replicate this card for my Vendor fair cards just so I have enough. I also know several personal friends that would enjoy a card like this as well.
