Today I wanted to share with you a series of wedding cards I made using the Forever Blossoms stamp set. When this stamp set originally came out a year or two ago, I purchased it but didn’t use it much. Recently, I was scrolling through Pinterest looking for Wedding card inspiration and saw a bunch of great ideas using this stamp set! Today, I wanted to share with you three cards I made with this bundle! Note: due to the size of this flower, I do use the Stamparatus each time to ensure I get a good stamped impression.
The first card I made was definitely inspired by a project that I found on Pinterest. It was incredibly simple in the fact that it only used one color other than Basic White, Crumb Cake. For this card I started with a standard sized A2 card base in Basic White and added a panel in Crumb Cake. I then took a smaller panel of Basic White and stamped the flower and sentiment in Crumb Cake. Simple as that!
I even stamped on the envelope just so they match!
For this card, I actually used my wedding colors of Blue and Silver (but I used Smokey Slate in substitute of the silver). I stamped all the flowers in Night of Navy and the sentiment in Smokey Slate. I die cut out the big flower and adhered it using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I definitely would have loved to get a card like this for my wedding, especially in my wedding colors!
For the last card, I had to give a pink and white color scheme a try. I changed up the placement of the flowers and sentiment, but the process was definitely the same.
Did you know that I do custom cards over on my Etsy shop? I can make invitations or regular greeting cards! Check out my shop or contact me for a custom order!
Until next time!
