Happy August! How’re we already in August?!?!? I feel like I ask that every month…. I think I need to stop being surprised at how fast time is flying.

Today, I go get my second COVID vaccine. I am not looking forward to it, just because I have heard about the common side effects and I really don’t want to deal with any of it. Here’s to hoping that I don’t really have any side effects.

Today I wanted to share a Happy Birthday card that I CASEd from someone on Pinterest. I needed a masculine birthday card and this was what I found! You can find her card here! There is absolutely nothing wrong with CASEing someone’s card as long as you give credit to the creator. I spend a lot of time on Pinterest trying to come up with card ideas both for my blog and for my shop/ vendor fairs. Sometimes that means that I CASE someone’s ideas and sometimes it gives me inspiration for something similar or altogether unique.

This card was super easy and was made using two of the new 2021-2023 In-Colors. I think it would be fun to replicate this in other color combinations. Hmmmmmm.

I made this using a standard A2 card base in Basic White. There is a panel made using Evening Evergreen. The top Basic White panel is stamped with both Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent using the Biggest Wish stamp set. I put a strip of Evening Evergreen Chevron Ribbon in the middle and then stamped the birthday sentiment sideways using the same Evening Evergreen ink.
